“Light casts no shadow”

bystresscookie

Rising through the haze. Is the light colouring the clouds? Or, is it revealing the filth we have filled them with?

Can it be cleansed by the light?

My light?

Can I shine bright enough to break through the smog? To dispel decades of wanton waste? Salacious, shortsighted haste?

So much artificial light confuses our view. Shadows dance around the furious flames That consume we consumers Entranced by negative images.
